1. Design
From our initial meeting, The Owner will work with clients to discover what a smart home means to them. We then educate our clients on the realm of possibilities available in the world of home technology and work together to build a Connected Home package that is tailored to each individuals unique application.
From this step, we work from a set of design plans to select devices that meet all the clients needs and expectations of a Connected Home. We then assemble an estimated budget which can then be refined until the client's expectations have been met - in which we move on to the installation step of the project.
2. Installation
There are several phases during a successful installation: a Rough-In stage where all wiring and mounting brackets are installed and tested, a Trim stage where interfaces, cameras, wall pads, and speakers are installed, and lastly the Equipment Set stage where audio, visual, and networking components are installed. In every step of system implementation, your projects head consultant and our in-house crew work carefully with the builder, project manager, and homeowner to make sure your project will be completed in a timely, successful manner.
3. Onboarding
During the onboarding phase, our smart home consultants work with clients to set up all the new systems. We create accounts for all necessary apps, set up all your new home tech, and then integrate all these different systems into one easy to use platform so our clients can enjoy a turn-key connected home experience. Our consultants then take the time to train clients on the use of their new Connected home until both parties feel confident interacting with their new home tech.
4. Support
From showing you how easy it is to use your system, to answering any concerns you may have, we are there to assist in every way necessary. Our systems are extremely reliable due to our carefully honed processes. If there’s an issue, we can often remedy your issue remotely! By the end of a project, we have a great relationship with our clients. “Be quick to call us” is one of our mottos - We want you to count us when the need arises
